Marine Stewardship Council fish, palm oil-free, V.A.K.E.T

Our restaurant is MSC and ASC-certified. This means we are taking a stand on equitable fishing. The MSC label denotes fish and shellfish caught in the wild by an MSC-certified, sustainable fishery, while the ASC (Aquaculture Stewardship Council) label applies to farmed fish and shellfish.

Restaurant Norda is completely palm oil-free. This is due to the increasing devastation and destruction of rainforests caused by the production of palm oil. Our environmental vision is to reduce consumption of water, waste, chemicals, energy and transport. This is embodied in the Clarion Hotel Post's environmental objective, which is named V.A.K.E.T. after the first letter of each Swedish word for water, waste, chemicals, energy and transport.
